Two hot-pressing stations support high-capacity continuous production. Six-axis robotic transfer connects forming, hot pressing and trimming automatically. Fully servo-controlled movement provides high precision and stable operation. The 1,100 × 1,100 mm mold platen supports efficient product layout. Internal-circulation slurry design helps prevent return-slurry contamination. Continuous slurry feeding and aeration improve product weight consistency. Forming, hot pressing, trimming and stacking are completed automatically. Compatible with electric, oil and steam heating systems. One-button operation, automatic alarms and emergency-stop protection.
