Hanson focuses on the research and development, engineering design, manufacturing, sales and technical service of pulp molding equipment. Its main product portfolio includes pulp molding tableware production lines, premium industrial packaging equipment, plant-fiber cup lid production lines, sampling and pilot production lines, dry-press pulp molding equipment, as well as downstream automation equipment and systems for trimming, vision inspection, automatic stacking, packing and other processes.
In addition to supplying individual machines and complete production lines, Hanson provides turnkey pulp molding factory solutions. Depending on the project scope, these services can include preliminary product and raw-material verification, project feasibility analysis, production-capacity planning, factory layout design, intelligent pulp preparation systems, pulp molding forming equipment, mold design and manufacturing, downstream automation, electrical control systems, installation and commissioning, personnel training, and production ramp-up support.
Hanson operates an independent mold division with capabilities in product development, mold design, mold manufacturing, mold testing and mass-production adaptation. The company also provides optimization services for existing molds and technical retrofits for existing equipment. By jointly optimizing molds, equipment, pulp preparation and production processes, Hanson helps customers improve production capacity, product yield and overall production stability.
