For PET chips: Even dispersion without black spots or crystal points, stable adjustable matting degree. Low impurities keep PET intrinsic viscosity steady and good melt fluidity. High whiteness with stable L-value above 96.7, anti-yellowing performance outstanding.
For PET fibers: Lower filament breakage rate, longer service cycle of spinnerets and filters for longer continuous production. Uniform matte surface without bright spots, consistent dyeing effect without color streaks. Firm particle adhesion prevents powder falling off in weaving and dyeing, good heat and weather resistance.
Polymerization Stage
With low iron, low ionic impurities and neutral pH, SA-50 disperses evenly in ethylene glycol without sedimentation or agglomeration. It stays stable at 240–285℃ during PET esterification and polycondensation, will not reduce PET intrinsic viscosity, cause side reactions or produce black spots. High batch consistency supports Hengli’s continuous polymerization lines without process modification.
Spinning Performance
Excellent dispersion avoids secondary agglomeration under high temperature melting; spinneret clogging cycle extended over 40%, filter replacement frequency greatly reduced. Mild anatase particles lessen spinneret abrasion, filament breakage rate drops by about 35%, greatly prolonging continuous high-speed spinning working hours. Stable adjustable matting degree delivers consistent luster without uneven bright spots.
