Shanghai Tablet Press Mechanical Components Co., Ltd is the largest tablet press manufacturer in China. The company traces its roots back to 1978, when it was established as Shanghai Tianma Pharmaceutical Machinery Parts Factory (a collective enterprise). Through restructuring and inheritance, the company was built in 2002 under the name of Shanghai Tianfan Pharmaceutical Machinery Factory by its original core team and technical engineering staff, accumulating over four decades of industry experience and technical expertise. And in 2009 the owner of Shanghai Tianfan Pharmaceutical Machinery Factory built a new factory under the new name of Shanghai Tablet Press Mechanical Components Co., Ltd and moved into the new factory in 2015.

Headquartered at No.159 Zhujiabang Road, Xiaokunshan Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai, The new factory Shanghai Tablet Press Mechanical Components Co., Ltd occupies a building area of 15,000 square meters and employs more than 240 staff members, including over 10 R&D engineers. The company is equipped with more than 200 advanced CNC machine tools, including engraving machines, CMMs, coordinate grinders, and other high-end equipment, providing robust hardware support for the machining precision of tablet presses and capsule filling machines.

Our product portfolio covers a full range of models, from the smallest single-punch tablet presses, laboratory tablet presses, and medium-to-low speed tablet presses to fully automatic high-speed tablet presses, with a maximum output of 10,000 tablets per minute—the largest tablet press in China was manufactured by us. In addition, we also produce various models of capsule filling machines, ranges from small scale capule filling machine NJP-200 to large capacity capsule filling machine model CFM7500. All equipment complies with GMP standards and has obtained EU CE certification and ISO certificate, making them suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturers as well as industries such as food, chemical, electronics, and powder metallurgy. Our tablet press machines can be used to produce pharmacy medicine tablets, effervescent tablets, seasoning bouillon cubes, broth cubes, bouillon cubes, salt tablets, chlorine tablets, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent tablets, toilet bowl cleaning tablets, fertilizer tablets, mint candy tablets, bath bomb tablets, catalyst tablets, naphthalene tablets, camphor tablets, veterinary tablets, resistor tablets, Raschig rings and so on.

The company possesses full in-house capabilities in mechanical design, machining, assembly, commissioning, and testing, along with the expertise and advanced equipment for developing various tablet press molds. With strong manufacturing strength and consistent quality, and there are more than 200 sets of various CNC tooling machines in their workshop, and 80 to 120 sets of tablet presses and capsule filling machines can be delivered to customers each month, with nearly half of our equipment exported to countries around the world.
