Advanced manufacturing
he project utilizes sludge discharged from a screw press at 85% moisture content. Using our BSD-2000 belt dryer, the moisture content is further reduced to below 30%, effectively minimizing sludge disposal volume and lowering overall treatment costs.
Due to the high moisture content of the feed sludge, the initial extrusion results were not ideal. However, following optimization and debugging, the extruder now functions perfectly. We have achieved great material distribution and stable, reliable drying performance. The system is robust, with low downtime and reduced maintenance expenses.
Automotive parts industry
The sludge, initially dewatered to 75% moisture content by a plate and frame filter press, is dried to less than 25%. Consequently, over 700 kg of water is removed per metric ton of sludge, accompanied by a volume reduction exceeding 70%, thereby optimizing disposal costs.
Designed for fully automatic batch drying, the system requires no operator attendance and has zero wearing parts, guaranteeing stable operation. By leveraging high-efficiency heat pump technology, it drastically cuts both labor and disposal expenses.
City Sewage Treatment Plant
With its integrated thickening and dewatering design, the machine processes sludge from 99.2% down to 80% moisture content. Its stable continuous operation significantly cuts downstream sludge disposal expenses.
