Under the administration of the Health Commission of Guangdong Province, Guangzhou Fuda Cancer Hospital is an international-oriented oncology-specialized hospital integrating medical care, teaching, scientific research, disease prevention and healthcare. Guided by high and new technologies, it features minimally invasive therapies, and is the first oncology-specialized hospital in Guangdong Province accredited by Joint Commission International (JCI). The hospital consists of the Tianhe Campus and Haizhu Campus, with a total floor area of over 30,000 m², 400 open beds and 45 VIP rooms.

In 2010, the former Ministry of Health designated FUDA Cancer Hospital as one of the first batch of National Key Clinical Cancer Speciality Centres (Oncology). In 2017, the Hospital was awarded the title of Civilized Unit of Guangdong Province. In 2018, the Hospital was officially accredited as a National Key Clinical Specialty (Oncology). In 2019, the Hospital was named a High-level Key Clinical Cancer Speciality Centre of Guangdong Province (Oncology). In 2021, the Hospital Party Committee was conferred the honorary title of Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of Guangdong Province. The Hospital has received multiple honors including National Trustworthy Private Hospital and Top-100 National Trustworthy Demonstration Hospital for the Public. It is a designated medical institution for nationwide inter-provincial on-the-spot medical insurance settlement, a designated unit for provincial-level and municipal-level public-funded medical care of Guangdong, as well as a designated hospital under Guangzhou Municipal Medical Insurance Scheme.

Upholding its hospital motto “Practising medicine with great virtue; advancing medical ethics in solidarity”, and adhering to the hospital-running guidelines “Prospering the hospital through science and technology, sustaining the hospital through integrity, operating the hospital with benevolence”, the hospital pursues a development path of high-end positioning, academic emphasis and international outreach. It has developed the distinctive 3C+P Model of comprehensive personalized care, consisting of Cryo-Irreversible Electroporation Ablation (CIA), Cancer Vascular Intervention (CVI), and Combined Immunotherapy for Cancer (CIC), plus Personalized (P) comprehensive therapy. Guangzhou Fuda Cancer Hospital fosters an institutional culture of “Shouldering responsibilities and devoting to public welfare”, and has long been committed to social welfare initiatives. The hospital has donated funds and supplies for disaster-stricken areas such as the Wenchuan and Ya’an earthquakes, taken part in public-benefit programmes including “Caring-for-People Charity Campaign of Guangzhou”, and established the Fuda Benevolence Foundation.
