Feature

Adopts liquid emulsion formulation, which can be directly connected to the pulp pipeline for quantitative dosing through a metering pump. Compared with solid powdery retention aids, it completely avoids the problems of insufficient dissolution, fish-eye agglomeration and uneven dosing caused by manual powder mixing, greatly simplifying the workshop operation process. The active polymer components can quickly diffuse and combine with anionic fibers, fillers and precipitated calcium carbonate to form compact micro-flocs, significantly intercept fine substances on the forming wire, reduce the loss of fiber and mineral powder in white water. The product has strong anti-shear performance, the flocculation structure will not be broken down under the strong stirring of pulp pump, fan pump and pressure screen, maintaining stable retention effect in high-speed paper machine production lines. Achieve integrated promotion of retention and drainage performance. While improving solid retention, it optimizes the water filtration speed of wet paper web, reduces moisture content of base paper entering the dryer, cuts steam consumption for drying and increases the output of the paper machine. A large amount of suspended solids in white water are flocculated and settled, the clarity of reused white water is significantly improved, reducing solid accumulation in pipelines and equipment, extending the cleaning cycle of paper machine, and reducing the operating cost of terminal wastewater treatment. Moderate flocculation strength will not react violently with surface sizing agent, AKD, dry strength agent and other wet-end chemicals. It will not cause abnormal system viscosity or sticky deposit, ensuring the stability of the entire wet-end auxiliary system. Uniform micro-floc distribution avoids large-scale coarse floc caused by excessive retention agent, improves paper formation uniformity, eliminates paper holes and thin spots caused by fine fiber loss, and stabilizes the uniformity of finished paper quantitative index. Effective reduction of fiber and filler loss directly lowers the unit consumption of pulp and mineral filler for ton paper, bringing long-term raw material cost savings for paper mills in continuous production. The emulsion system adopts special stabilizing formula, it can maintain uniform liquid state under normal temperature storage and transportation, no demulsification, precipitation or gel failure, ensuring stable and consistent dosing effect for automatic dosing system all year round. Versatile adaptability for virgin wood pulp, mechanical pulp, recycled pulp and various packaging paper, cultural paper, tissue paper, easy to test and adjust dosage according to on-site pulp conditions.
