Product Introduction
The jaw mobile crushing station mainly consists of a feeder, jaw crusher, and belt conveyor, with a production capacity of 85-650 tons per hour. This machine adopts an integrated group operation method, which can operate independently, eliminating the complex site infrastructure and auxiliary facility installation work of separate components, and reducing labor consumption. operational principle
The materials are uniformly conveyed to the crusher by the feeder, and after preliminary crushing by the E-type crusher, a closed circuit system is formed through a circular vibrating screen to achieve material circulation crushing. The finished materials are output by the conveyor for continuous crushing operation. The tire type mobile crushing station can remove the circular vibrating screen according to actual production needs, achieving preliminary crushing of materials directly. It is convenient and flexible to use in conjunction with other crushing equipment.
