operational principle
The working principle of the impact mobile crushing station is the same as that of the impact sand making machine. The material enters the sand making machine from the feeding hopper and is divided into two parts by the distributor. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller from the middle of the distributor and is rapidly accelerated inside the impeller, with an acceleration of several hundred times that of heavy force. Then, it is ejected from the three uniformly distributed flow channels of the impeller at a speed of 60-70 meters/second, Firstly, a portion of the material that falls from around the distributor is impacted and crushed, and then together they impact the material lining layer in the vortex support chamber. The material lining layer rebounds and obliquely impacts the top of the vortex chamber, changing its direction of movement and deflecting downwards. The material emitted from the impeller channel forms a continuous material curtain. This type of material is subject to two or even multiple chances of impact, friction, and grinding crushing in the vortex crushing chamber. The crushed material is discharged from the lower discharge port. Forming a closed circuit with a circulating screening system, the material can generally be crushed into 20 mesh or less after three cycles. During the whole crushing process, the materials self impact and crush each other without direct contact with metal components.
