It provides the same superior corrosion protection (over 1,000 hours NSS) and uniform coverage as our standard E-coating, with optimized adhesion for zinc substrates. The water-based process is eco-friendly and RoHS compliant. Film thickness is precisely controlled at 15-25µm (±1µm).
