Product Summary

The XPGD-150 drawer type magnetic bar iron remover steps up from the 100 mm model with a 150 mm caliber and one to three staggered layers of rare earth NdFeB magnetic bars. The larger bore and extra bar layers raise the processing capacity to 22 m³/h, which suits medium-flow powder and liquid pipelines in food, chemical, plastics, ceramics and water treatment processes. The SUS304 stainless steel housing can be supplied in SUS316L for food and pharmaceutical grade service, and the slide-out drawer lets the magnetic bar rack be cleaned without removing the unit from the line. Standard, High-Efficiency, High-Temperature Resistant and Sanitary / Pharma Grade types are available.
