Product Summary

The XPGD-100 is a drawer type magnetic bar iron remover for continuous removal of fine ferrous contamination from free-flowing powders and liquids. Rare earth NdFeB magnetic bars are arranged in one to two staggered layers inside a 100 mm caliber body, available in SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel. The pull-out drawer lets operators withdraw the magnetic bar rack for cleaning without dismantling the pipeline. With a processing capacity of 15 m³/h, it fits small to medium powder and liquid lines and can be ordered in Standard, High-Efficiency, High-Temperature Resistant or Sanitary / Pharma Grade configuration.
