XF-3152 is a phthalic anhydride-based polyester polyol featuring a high hydroxyl value of 315±15 mgKOH/g. This high reactivity makes it particularly suitable for rigid polyurethane foam systems requiring fast curing and high crosslink density. With an acid value of ≤2.0 mgKOH/g and moisture ≤0.1%, it ensures consistent performance in spray insulation and sandwich panel production. XF-3152 is synthesized from phthalic anhydride (PA), terephthalic acid (PTA), acetic acid (AA), diethylene glycol (DEG), and glycerol (GLY). This combination yields a branched polyester structure with high functionality, contributing to superior rigidity and thermal stability in the final foam.
