Telescopic boom products for engineering machinery adopt high-strength steel as raw material, whose yield strength is 2 to 3 times that of ordinary steel products. In addition, finished products have strict requirements on straightness, perpendicularity and coaxiality. We source raw materials from well-known domestic steel manufacturers and provide material test certificates to ensure qualified raw materials and full traceability. We use fiber laser cutting machines for blanking to guarantee smooth and flat cutting edges. A 3000T press brake is used to ensure smooth bending processes. Welding is carried out on a 12-meter plasma welding machine to achieve smooth weld seams and consistent quality.
