A 1250 × 800 × 200 mm effective stroke, 15-inch touch-screen HMI, and PC or teach-pendant operation support programmable production within a compact machine footprint. The model covers both narrow 2–10 mm and wider 10–60 mm seal-strip ranges and supports two- or three-component material configurations, making it suitable for varied gasket profiles. Buyers can select KW800 or KW-900 mixing heads, KAIWEI or Barmag metering pumps, and compatible servo-motor options. Dual 40 L material tanks, a 1–10:1 mixing-ratio range, manual or automatic filling, optional water-temperature control, and high-pressure-water cleaning provide a configurable platform for electrical enclosures, filters, lighting, automotive components, and related sealing applications.
