Materials and Structure

The fabric is woven from 100% polyester chenille yarn. Chenille yarn is built from short fibres twisted around a core, which creates the raised, soft pile that defines the OYD2500 surface. The finished roll runs 142±2 cm wide at 410±10 GSM, giving the cloth the body needed when it is cut and sewn onto large sofa frames and soft bed upholstery. A special dyeing process is applied to build the colour, and the delivered fabric carries water-repellent, stain-resistant, easy-clean, fire-retardant and pet-friendly performance, supported by OEKO-TEX and GRS certification.
