The HY1200 is a horizontal single stage pusher centrifuge from JGD Centrifuge’s HY/HR series, engineered for continuous solid–liquid separation of crystalline and granular slurries. A 1200 mm diameter drum with 500 mm filter length runs at 500 rpm, reaching a maximum separation factor of 170, while a 30 kW explosion-proof main motor and hydraulic drive keep the machine running smoothly under sustained load.

Discharge is performed by a piston that pushes the filter cake forward along the screen, so there is no scraping or cutting action against the filter medium. Feed, wash, dewatering and discharge therefore run as one uninterrupted cycle — the unit keeps producing without a batch stop, and wear parts stay out of the cutting-wear loop.

Materials and Structure

Product-contact parts are available in SS304, SS321, SS316L, SS2205 duplex stainless steel, SS904L, Titanium and Hastelloy-C alloy, allowing the wetted flow path to be matched to the corrosivity of the mother liquor and wash liquid.
