Product Summary: Engineered for harsh chemical environments, our PTFE coated steel belts combine high-temperature resistance (-60°C to +250°C) with excellent corrosion and non-stick performance. Ideal for melt extrusion cooling, powder coating flaking, and resin laminating lines, with total lifecycle cost 40% lower than imported alternatives.

Standard models for widths 800-1600mm; custom widths available. Options include endless or open-ended configurations, edge rounding, and surface roughness adjustments (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm).
Substrate: high-strength carbon steel or stainless steel (SS304/316L) with a corrosion-resistant PTFE coating. Stabilization treatment and weld leveling minimize internal stress, ensuring dimensional stability under thermal cycling.
We customize width (800-1600mm or larger), thickness (1.2-2.0mm), coating thickness, and surface finish. Non-standard requirements for acidic or alkaline environments can be addressed with specialized PTFE formulations.
International Powder Coating Giant (Chemical/New Materials): Accumulated 40+ strips, width 800-1600mm, thickness 1.2-2.0mm, used in melt extrusion and flaking lines at 180-220°C. Result: high temperature resistance solved deformation/cracking; flatness ≤0.02mm/m improved yield to 99.7%; total lifecycle cost 40% lower than imported belts. (Source: Client case, China/DE)
Yes. The PTFE coating is chemically inert and resists most acids, alkalis, and solvents. For extremely aggressive environments, we recommend a thicker coating or stainless steel substrate.
The belt can operate continuously at 250°C. For intermittent peaks, brief exposure up to 300°C is acceptable, but prolonged use should stay within the -60°C to +250°C range.
Our belts are designed with a strong substrate and low internal stress to maintain flatness under tension. The weld joints are fatigue-tested to ≥2 million cycles.
Yes. Our production process includes stabilization and leveling to ensure flatness ≤0.02mm/m. Additional calibration can be arranged for critical applications.
Standard delivery is 2-4 weeks. Customized belts may require 4-6 weeks depending on specifications.
Minor coating damage can be repaired on-site using a PTFE repair kit. For significant damage, we recommend belt replacement to maintain performance.
