Applicable Industry	Buried box weighting sand is primarily used in lost foam casting and V-process vacuum casting. As a material for burying and weighting boxes, it compresses the sand mold, preventing box lifting and misfiring during pouring, thereby ensuring the quality of the castings. It is also widely used in the field of counterweight filling: construction machinery bases, steel box girders of bridges, elevator counterweights, fitness equipment counterweights, ship components, and civil air defense explosion-proof equipment counterweight filling, serving the purposes of increasing self-weight, adjusting the center of gravity, and reducing vibration and noise.

Feature

The counterweight sand for buried boxes is made of high-carbon cast iron, processed through crushing, magnetic separation, and multistage screening, resulting in high density and strong weight-bearing effect. The particles exhibit excellent fluidity, filling the gaps and corners of the sand box tightly without leaving any cavities. In the lost foam and V-process vacuum casting techniques, the sand mold is compressed to prevent the box from lifting or the flame from escaping during metal liquid pouring, thereby stabilizing the quality of the castings. The product is resistant to crushing and not easily broken, with minimal pulverization during use and low dust generation. It can be recycled and reused repeatedly, reducing the customer's consumable costs. The particle screening is clean, with low impurity content, and the particle size gradation can be customized.
