The AUV-F760 is a 6-DOF intervention-class autonomous underwater vehicle specially designed for subsea pipeline inspection and subsea intervention operations. Built with a lightweight aluminium frame, seawater-resistant polymer casing, corrosion-resistant components and pressure-sealed electronic pod, it delivers reliable performance in harsh deep marine environments. Key specifications: dimensions 3850 × 760 × 420 mm, weight 600 kg with a 60 kg payload and 500 kg displacement. Rated operating depths are 600 m / 1200 m. Speed ranges from 0–4.5 knots, with standard endurance ≥20 hours at 3 knots; customised extended endurance can reach up to 400 hours / 100–200 km. It is fitted with 6–8 thrusters and dual manipulator arms. The navigation system integrates INS+DVL+GNSS+USBL+SLAM. Its dual manipulator arms support gripping, cutting and rotating functions to perform inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) tasks. Typical applications include offshore wind turbine foundation inspection, subsea pipeline inspection & maintenance, deepwater structure emergency repair, and underwater emergency search, rescue & salvage.
