Standard North American 12V dump-trailer hydraulic power-unit configuration. Designed for single-acting telescopic cylinders using power-up and gravity-down operation. Compatible with HTC-series dump-trailer telescopic cylinder applications. The 6-quart translucent reservoir allows easy visual inspection of hydraulic-fluid level. The 2.0 GPM maximum flow provides controlled operation for typical dump-trailer systems. The 3,200 PSI maximum A-port relief setting supports high lifting force. The normally closed lowering valve maintains controlled gravity-down operation. The handheld pendant enables convenient raising and lowering from a safe operating position. The removable 15-foot control cord supports flexible operator positioning. Compact horizontal construction simplifies installation inside trailer pump boxes. Integrated pump, motor, manifold, valves and reservoir reduce external hydraulic plumbing. Reservoir size, pump displacement, pressure setting, fittings and controls can be configured for OEM trailer programs. Each power unit can undergo pressure, flow, valve, electrical and leakage testing before shipment.
