Simon United Building Materials Co., Ltd. is a benchmark enterprise in China's thick-layer decorative coatings sector, and also the most professional and large-scale manufacturer of microcement in China. Since 2007, the company has been deeply engaged in the R&D and production of STUCCO stucco, emerging as a founder and leader in China's interior and exterior wall STUCCO stucco field, pioneering the localization process of thick-layer decorative coatings in China, and owning a dedicated flooring material system and production line - the UFLOOR System. After nearly 20 years of technological accumulation, the company has obtained more than 30 patents in total, participated in the formulation of a number of national building material standards, and served over 5,000 high-end construction projects with a market share of over 60% in the high-end segment. In 2022, the group standard T/CECS 10192-2022 Polymer Microcement, led and compiled by Simon, was officially implemented. This standard was awarded the Advanced Standard by the China Building Material Standardization Association, defining the application boundaries of Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ microcement for the first time and promoting the standardized and systematic development of the entire industry in an all-round way. Based on its profound technological accumulation in stucco, Simon has built a full range of microcement product systems, divided into four series: Wall, Floor, Swimming Pool and Super Microcement Commercial Floor, which accurately meet the needs of various application scenarios. The Wall Series features delicate texture and excellent crack resistance, suitable for pure decorative areas such as walls and ceilings. The Floor Series is waterproof, slip-resistant, acid and alkali resistant as well as oil stain resistant, fundamentally solving the water seepage problem in kitchens and bathrooms. The Swimming Pool Series adopts a chlorine and bubble resistant formula, with temperature resistance and crack resistance, and its high-grade anti-slip design ensures safety in use. The Super Microcement Commercial Floor Series has a maximum compressive strength of ≥50 MPa, with excellent wear and stain resistance and easy cleaning. It is suitable for schools, museums, shopping malls, hotels and other scenarios, can be used stably in a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃, and is specially adapted to underfloor heating systems, boasting extremely strong adaptability for high-frequency use spaces. All series of Simon's microcement products are formaldehyde-free and low in VOC, holding the dual certifications of EU Grade A+ and China Green Building Material, and complying with international environmental standards. They can be directly constructed on the base surfaces such as ceramic tiles and marbles, enabling convenient construction and shorter construction period, and achieving a seamless integrated decorative effect for walls, floors and ceilings. With 120 basic colors and more than 1,000 color mixing formulas, our products are suitable for diverse decoration styles.
