Feature

The KW-520A is designed for automated gasket dispensing on large flat and gently contoured parts. Its 3-axis linear robot arm and 2250 × 1250 × 200 mm effective stroke provide a practical working area for electrical-cabinet doors, lighting panels, filters, automotive covers, and other enclosure components. A 10.2-inch PC touch screen, integrated operation box, motion-control/PLC architecture, and Nidec servo motor support programmable production control. The KW800 mixing head produces 4–30 mm seal strips, while the machine’s programmed travel-speed range reaches up to 12,000 mm/min. A 1–10:1 mixing-ratio range, KAIWEI or Barmag metering pumps, dual 40 L tanks, manual or automatic material filling, optional water-temperature control, and high-pressure-water cleaning provide a configurable polyurethane dispensing platform for different production requirements.
