Designed for complex and multi-plane sealing tasks, the KW-526 combines a 6-axis linear robot arm with a customizable working stroke and a wide 2–60 mm seal-strip range. Its programmable motion-control/PLC platform, 15-inch touch-screen HMI, and PC or teach-pendant operation support repeatable FIPFG dispensing across varied part geometries. The machine handles two- or three-component polyurethane systems with a 1–10:1 mixing-ratio range, KAIWEI or Barmag metering pumps, dual 40 L material tanks, and KW800/KW-900 mixing-head options. A programmed travel-speed range up to 12,000 mm/min, manual or automatic material filling, optional water-temperature control, and high-pressure-water cleaning make the platform configurable for enclosure, automotive, lighting, filtration, and new-energy sealing projects.
