Tenor Low Carbon New Energy Technology (Liaoning) Co., Ltd. is located in the Dalian University of Technology Industrial Incubation Park, with a production base in Wafangdian, Dalian. Its predecessor, Dalian Sunshine Boiler Auxiliary Equipment Co., Ltd., was established in 1998. The company covers 50,000 square metres, employs more than 200 people and has fixed assets totalling RMB 500 million. It specialises in the design, manufacture, technology development and sale of complete waste incineration equipment. Its small and medium-scale waste incineration systems offer treatment capacities of 15–300 tonnes per day, serving townships, counties and high-altitude, cold regions. The core equipment includes feeding, grate, combustion and slag removal systems. Its three-step reciprocating mechanical grate features independently controlled sections and air supply, accommodating fluctuations in the calorific value of untreated municipal solid waste. Modular construction combines factory prefabrication with on-site assembly to shorten installation time. Available solutions include waste incineration, heat recovery and flue gas purification, with recovered heat used for steam supply, heating or power generation. Services include solution design, equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning and operator training. After-sales support includes remote monitoring, spare parts supply and technical upgrades. The company collaborates with Dalian University of Technology and the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is a National High-Tech Enterprise and participated in drafting the group standard T/CITS 242-2025. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Tenor Green Technology (Hong Kong) Ltd., holds CE and US EPA certificates. Project references include a 50-tonne-per-day project in Mangya, Qinghai, and grate equipment for a 600-tonne-per-day project in Vietnam.
