Our company has successfully obtained the TS16949 international technical specification certification for the automotive industry and the ISO9001 international quality management system certification, along with multiple authoritative industry qualifications. Based on years of dedicated research, development, innovation and technology accumulation, we have formed a suite of core competencies across multiple key areas.
Currently, our technological arsenal features nanoscale CNC machinery with a remarkable positioning accuracy of up to 10 nanometers. The precision of our mold cavities can be adjusted to within 5 microns. We have developed highprecision thick-wall lenses up to 50 mm thick and high-precision automotive light guides stretching up to 1,300 mm in length. Additionally, we can efficiently manufacture two-color and three-color products in a single production run, streamlining the production process and enhancing productivity.

Bicom Optics has been steadfastly committed to the technological research, development, and application of optical lenses. We have established a comprehensive and robust technology research and development system. Our research and development center has earned the esteemed recognition as the Research and Development Center of High-tech Enterprises, and has been
honored with multiple awards at the provincial level in Zhejiang. Up to now, our innovative achievements have been solidified by the acquisition of over 167 patents, among which 17 are Invention Patent and 150 are Utility Model Patent, highlighting our innovation and tech strength in this field.
